NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be
sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of the sale, at the Main Entrance,
Cache County District Court 135 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, on
December 8, 2009, at 1:00 PM, of said day, for the purpose of
foreclosing a trust deed dated January 3, 2007 and executed by ALAN
TURNER, AND LARUE TURNER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS AND NOT
AS TENANTS IN COMMON, WITH FULL RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP., as Trustor(s)
in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC as
Beneficiary, covering the following real property located in Cache
County: ALL OF LOT 26, BLOCK 1, IN THE GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, AS
PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION
25, TOWNSHIP 12 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN.
