sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of the sale, at the Main Entrance,
Cache County District Court 135 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, on
December 10, 2009, at 1:00 PM, of said day, for the purpose of
foreclosing a trust deed dated September 22, 2004 and executed by JOHN
W JAMES III AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor(s) in favor of MORTGAGE
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as Beneficiary, covering the
following real property located in Cache County: TS # 09-0107524 PART
OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 6,
TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST OF THE SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT SOUTH 0*08 ' EAST 5.80

address. The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is MORTGAGE

property as of the recording of the notice of default is reported to
be JOHN W JAMES III AN UNMARRIED PERSON. Bidders must be prepared to
