NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be
sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of the sale, at the Main Entrance,
Cache County District Court 135 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, on
December 17, 2009, at 1:00 PM, of said day, for the purpose of
foreclosing a trust deed dated March 28, 2006 and executed by DANIEL H
MATTHEWS, A MARRIED MAN, AS HIS SOLE AND SEPARATE PROPERTY, as
