NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be
sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of the sale, at the Main Entrance,
Cache County District Court 135 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, on
December 17, 2009, at 1:00 PM, of said day, for the purpose of
foreclosing a trust deed dated April 20, 2004 and executed by ROGELIO
VIEYRA, AND MARIA GUADALUPE VIEYRA, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS
WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP, as Trustor(s) in favor of MORTGAGE
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as Beneficiary, covering the
following real property located in Cache County: PART OF LOT 5, BLOCK
1, PLAT C HYRUM CITY SURVEY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A
POINT 105 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 5, AND RUNNING
THENCE WEST 105 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 165 FEET; THENCE EAST 105 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 165 FEET TO THEPOINT OF BEGINNING. Together with all the
improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all
easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the
