NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be
sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of sale, at the front entrance of the
First Judicial District Court, Cache County, located at 135 North 100
West, Logan, Utah 84321, on Monday, November 2, 2009 at 3:30 p.m., on
said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed Of Trust, Assignment,
Security Agreement And Fixture Filing, dated March 12, 2004, (the
Trust Deed), executed by RICHARD C. BENNION, an individual, as
Trustor, in favor of AMERICA FIRST FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, as
Beneficiary, and recorded on March 16, 2004, as Entry No. 856727, Book

Federal Credit Union and the record owner of the Property as of the
recording of the Notice of Default is Richard C. Bennion, an
