NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be
sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of the sale, at the Main Entrance,
Cache County District Court 135 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, on
November 10, 2009, at 1:00 PM, of said day, for the purpose of
foreclosing a trust deed dated July 3, 2007 and executed by MARIA L
TAMAYO, A MARRIED WOMAN, as Trustor(s) in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as Beneficiary, covering the following real
property located in Cache County: LOT 2, SUNRISE MEADOWS SUBDIVISION,
PHASE 1, AS SHOWN BY THE OFFICIAL PLAT FILED MARCH 3, 2005 AS FILING
NO. 884664 IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF CACHE COUNTY, UTAH.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the
property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or
hereafter a part of the property. Tax Parcel No.: 03-174-0002 The
address of the property is purported to be 2316 SOUTH 1200 WEST,
NIBLEY, UT 84321. The undersigned disclaims liability for any error in
the address. The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is MORTGAGE
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., and the record owners of the
property as of the recording of the notice of default is reported to
