NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be
sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of the sale, at the Main Entrance,
Cache County District Court 135 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, on
November 17, 2009, at 1:00 PM, of said day, for the purpose of
foreclosing a trust deed dated March 26, 2001 and executed by RACHEL M
LUCIA, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN, as Trustor(s) in favor of MORTGAGE
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as Beneficiary, covering the
following real property located in Cache County: ALL OF LOT 30, WEST
HAVEN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AS
RECORDED JUNE 14, 1976 AS FILING NO. 394287 AND OF RECORD IN THE CACHE
COUNTY RECORDER 'S OFFICE. Together with all the improvements now or
hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances,
and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property. Tax Parcel No.:
07-105-0030 The address of the property is purported to be 505 WEST
HAVEN DRIVE, LOGAN, UT 84321. The undersigned disclaims liability for
any error in the address. The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is
MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., and the record owners
of the property as of the recording of the notice of default is
reported to be RACHEL M LUCIA, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN. Bidders must be
