NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be
sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of the sale, at the Main Entrance,
Cache County District Court 135 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, on
November 17, 2009, at 1:00 PM, of said day, for the purpose of
foreclosing a trust deed dated August 24, 2007 and executed by NORWIN
D ANDREASEN, AND SHERYL R ANDREASEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT
TENANTS, as Trustor(s) in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
SYSTEMS, INC. as Beneficiary, covering the following real property
located in Cache County: LOT 35, BIRCH CREEK ESTATES, PHASE 2, AS
SHOWN BY THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF FILED AUGUST 2, 1999 AS FILING NO.
721059 IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF CACHE COUNTY, UTAH. Together
with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property,
and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part
of the property. Tax Parcel No.: 08-168-0035 The address of the
property is purported to be 945 E 20 S, SMITHFIELD, UT 84335-2556. The
undersigned disclaims liability for any error in the address. The
current Beneficiary of the trust deed is MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., and the record owners of the property as
of the recording of the notice of default is reported to be NORWIN D
ANDREASEN, AND SHERYL R ANDREASEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS.
