NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be
sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of the sale, at the Main Entrance,
Cache County District Court 135 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, on
November 10, 2009, at 1:00 PM, of said day, for the purpose of
foreclosing a trust deed dated March 19, 2007 and executed by OWEN E
PHILLIPS, A MARRIED MAN, as Trustor(s) in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as Beneficiary, covering the following real
property located in Cache County: BEGINNING 1183 FEET NORTH OF A POINT
1 ROD WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION
14, TOWNSHIP 12 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST OF THE SALT LAKE BASE AND
MERIDIAN, AND THENCE SOUTH 287.5 FEET; THENCE WEST 32 RODS; THENCE
NORTH 287.5 FEET;THENCE EAST 32 RODS TO BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO A
BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID TRACT AS SHOWN
