OWNER: YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST, DATED March 20, 2008.

of Cache County, State of Utah, executed by Dewey Webster Allen Iii
and Darlyn R. Allen, Husband And Wife, will sell at public auction to
highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the
time of sale. Successful bidders must tender a deposit of $5,000 in
certified funds to the trustee at the time of sale, with the balance
due by noon the following business day, at the office of the Trustee.
At the main entrance to the Cache County District Court 135 North100
West, Logan, Utah all right, title and interest conveyed to and now
held by it under said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said
County and State described as: Part of lot 4, block 1, plat a
Providence City survey, described as follows: beginning 108 feet east
of the northwest corner of said lot 4, and running thence east 90 feet
to the northeast corner of said lot; thence south 120 feet; thence
west 90 feet; thence north 120 feet to the beginning, and being
situate in the southeast quarter of section 10, township 11 north,
range 1 east of the Salt Lake Base and meridian. The street address
and other common designation of the real property described above is
purported to be: 120 East 100 South Providence, Ut 84332. Estimated
Total Debt as of February 02, 2010 is $155,868.92. The undersigned
