NOTICE OF TRUSTEE 'S SALE The following described property will be
sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of the sale, at the Main Entrance,
Cache County District Court 135 North 100 West, Logan, Utah, on
February 23, 2010, at 1:00 PM, of said day, for the purpose of
foreclosing a trust deed dated May 7, 2002 and executed by RONALD J
HANSEN, A SINGLE MAN, as Trustor(s) in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as Beneficiary, covering the following real
property located in Cache County: Beginning at the Northwest corner of
Lot 3, Block 1, Plat B, Smithfield City Survey, and running thence
East 150 feet to a point 180 feet West of the Northwest corner of said
lot; thence South 8 rods; thence West 150 feet; thence North 9 rods to
the beginning. More Correctly Described As: Beginning at the Northwest
corner of Lot 3, Block 1, Plat B, Smithfield City Survey, and running
thence East 150 feet to a point 180 feet West of the Northeast corner
of said lot; thence South 8 rods; thence West 150 feet; thence North 8
rods to the beginning. Together with all the improvements now or
hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances,
