will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in
lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, "at the
Main Entrance, Cache County District Court 135 North 100 West, Logan,
Utah", on October 13, 2009, at 1:00 PM, of said day, for the purpose
of foreclosing a trust deed dated September 12, 2007 and executed by
CHERYL L. BLACKBURN, AN UNMARRIED WOMAN, as Trustor(s) in favor of
MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as Beneficiary,
covering the following real property located in Cache County: ALL OF
LOT 6, CASTLE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT
THEREOF, FILED NOVEMBER 18, 1996, AS FILING NO. 650853, IN THE OFFICE
OF THE RECORDER OF CACHE COUNTY, UTAH. LESS: BEGINNING AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6 AND RUNNING THENCE NORTH 182.95 FEET
ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 6, THENCE 0.64 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A
CURVE TO THE LEFT WHOSE DELTA IS 044'06" AND WHOSE RADIUS IS 50.00
FEET AND WHOSE LONG CHORD BEARS NORTH 8937'57" EAST 0.64 FEET TO THE
