sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of sale at the main entrance of the
Cache County District Court, 135 North 100 West, Logan, Utah., 84321,
February 24, 2010, at 12:00 Noon of said day for the purpose of
foreclosing a Deed of Trust originally executed by B2AC, L.L.C. as
trustor, in favor of Celtic Bank Corporation, as Beneficiary, covering
real property situate in Cache County, State of Utah, and more

current Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is Celtic Bank Corporation,
and the record owner of the property as of the date of recording of
the Notice of Default was B2AC, L.L.C., a Utah Limited Liability
Company. Bidders must tender the Trustee a $25,000 non-refundable
deposit at the time of the sale and the balance of the purchase by
4:00 p.m. the day following the sale. The deposit must be in the form
of a cashier 's check or bank official check payable to Celtic Bank
Corporation. The balance must be in the form of a wire transfer,
cashier 's check, or bank official check made payable to Celtic Bank
Corporation. This Trustees Sale is subject to a bankruptcy filing, a
payoff, a reinstatement or any other condition of which the Trustee is
not aware that would cause the cancellation of the sale. Further, if
any of these conditions exist, the sale will be null and void, the
successful bidder 's funds shall be returned, and the Trustee and the
Beneficiary shall not be liable to the successful bidder for any
